Terms and Conditions for Home Fitness Personal Training

 

‘Home Fitness Hertfordshire’ aims to offer Personal Fitness Training, to the highest standard, providing customisation and excellence. I aim to build a long-term relationship to help and support you to achieve your health and fitness needs based on openness, honesty and mutual trust and respect.

 

  • I will hold a current first aid certificate and public liability insurance.

  • All training and advice will be specifically designed for you and your needs.

  • I respect the client’s right to confer with other professionals.

  • All clients will be treated equally.

  • All equipment provided will be clean, well maintained and checked regularly.

  • I will increase my professional qualifications and maintain up to date knowledge of technical developments by attending courses, seminars and conferences from reputable industry specialists.

  • I will arrive on time for the start of each agreed session.

  • I will give 24 hours notice if I need to cancel or rearrange a session, except in a medical emergency.

  • I believe in total confidentiality. I will be discreet in any conversation and not impart any personal information without consent.

  • I may take on the responsibility of referring the client to another professional or specialist where appropriate.

  • I will be dressed appropriately.

 

  • Clients will understand that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy and will be charged in full for sessions cancelled or amended with less notice except in a medical emergency.

  • Clients will pay for block bookings in advance or individual sessions at the end of each session by personal cheque, cash or by bank transfer.

  • All courses paid for will be used within 12 months of purchase.

  • Courses are non-refundable without a Doctors letter and non-transferable.

  • Clients will be ready to train at the agreed appointment start time.

  • Clients will be dressed appropriately.

  • Clients will be courteous, positive and make an effort to exercise well.

  • Clients will be open minded and ready to take on new challenges.

  • Clients will not consume drugs or alcohol prior to their training session, or smoke immediately before a session.
