PERSONAL TRAINING

If you feel self conscious about exercising in public or gyms and bootcamp are just not your thing, home training is the answer. Can't go out and leave the children, no problem, you can still workout but in the convienence of your own home. 

Suzina provides equipment or she can teach you how to use your own equipment and get the most out of it. 

Whether you want to change your weight, get stronger, more toned, flexible or generally fitter, Suzina can help you with your goals and exercise program. 

If you would like to train with a friend or family member then that is no problem, and better still, there is no additional cost for extra people. 

Exercise isn't just about looking good, its about feeling great!

Your workout is completly tailored to you and could include, weight training/strength work, high intensity, circuit training, core work, yoga, pilates, balance, stretching and so much more. 

I work 8am till 8pm Monday to Friday. I may do outside of these hours upon request.

WHO IS PERSONAL TRAINING FOR?

Suzina can train clients from 16 years old and specialises in older adults, so age really is no barrier. 

Whether you are new to exercise, returning after a long break from exercise or been a life long exerciser but you need an extra push or some motivation. 

Personal Training is just that, personal! Each session is tailored to the individual and so there is no pressure to keep up with those around you.
