ABOUT SUZINA
Hi, I'm Suzina. I am a fully qualified and insured Personal Trainer with over 30 years of experience in one to one and group exercise.
My career has consisted of working in Sports Centres and gyms (up to management level), teaching swimming, Personal Training and classes from chair based to balance to Boxercise and circuits.
I have have always been active in various ways such as running, gym training, swimming, rock climbing, yoga, horse riding, aerial fitness and hiking.
In 2023 I hiked to Everest Base Camp (5364m) and in 2024 hiked over the Thorong La Pass in the Himalaya (5416m). I also crossed the famous Sky Ladder in Austria.
In 2025 I learnt aerial rope and hula hoop and performed in two sell out Circus shows.
I also have a passion for travel and learning more about different cultures, lifestyles and foods.
I am currently studying Level 1 British Sign Language.
